Actually after i quit working in NTUC Income, i can write out my own book.

Today, i received one call that is so idiotic. She wanted to change her particulars.
Oh well , thats my job , so i asked for the details. She actually asked my to transfer. *pengs*
Its not that she would dislike my serving attitude, cause i spoke to her less than 5secs.
IDIOTS! After transferring it to my TL, its just the same procedure. zzzzz.
SEE! idiot right ? just the same old thing and need to trouble 2 person. IDIOT!

This person also called to change some details , so first thing come to mind. hp/add/hm
